Takumi NISHIZAWA is the manager of Technical Department. After completing graduate school of Agriculture from Kindai University, he engaged in research at chemical manufacturer and technical job at ceramic-related product maker. In 2019, he begun to work for KIYOHARA & CO., PATENT ATTORNEYS.
Since the beginning of joining our office, he has mainly devoted himself to search and filing and prosecution of patent/utility model, and prosecution, and he has managed overall domestic/foreign applications for both Japanese and international clients and prosecution as the manager of Technical Department of our office since 2021.

Utilizing my experience at graduate school and companies, I engage in each task concerning how to pursue the broadest and the strongest rights of clients’ inventions or ideas from the perspective of intellectual property rights. I wish to contribute to technical enhancement or business development of our clients through intellectual property services
